Long-time local real estate professional, Kelly Vandenheuvel, has ventured out on her own, opening up a new brokerage business — Central Coast Property Sales.
“I have been a realtor for 12 years, and a broker for 8 years,” Vandenheuvel said, “and felt the time was right to start my own business. I am known on the Central Coast for representing buyers and sellers in residential, rural and commercial properties throughout the entire San Luis Obispo County from San Miguel to Nipomo, Creston to Cayucos and everywhere in between!”
In addition to real estate, many people know her through rescue work she’s done with native wildlife. “I have been a wildlife rehabilitator and educator for Pacific Wildlife Care in San Luis Obispo County since 1983,” Vandenheuvel said.
